Parent Conduct and Communication
At our school, we highly value the partnership between staff, parents, and carers in fostering an enriching educational environment for our students. While we warmly welcome all visitors to our premises, we must emphasise the expectations regarding conduct during these interactions to ensure a respectful and harmonious atmosphere.
Parents and carers are encouraged to behave in a polite and friendly manner when visiting the school or engaging with staff members. A non-threatening approach promotes constructive dialogue and aids in addressing any concerns that may arise. We ask that all interactions prioritise respect and courtesy, keeping in mind that our staff members are dedicated professionals committed to the well-being and success of the students.
To ensure effective communication, we also wish to provide clarity regarding our response times. For inquiries sent via email, parents and carers can expect a response within 48 hours during term time. This timeframe allows our staff to dedicate appropriate attention to each query while balancing their responsibilities. We also utilise our School Spider communication platform for announcements and updates; queries submitted through this medium will typically be addressed within the same 48-hour period unless circumstances dictate otherwise.
We trust that all parents and carers will adhere to these guidelines as we collectively work towards creating a nurturing and supportive environment for our children. By fostering respectful communication, we can ensure that all parties feel valued and heard, thus enhancing the overall educational experience. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
